新型冠状病毒引起的医院感染流行与问题思考

新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)引起医院感染流行情况严重,是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情传播的关键环节之一。医院感染防控是COVID-19疫情防控的关键环节。通过对国内外新闻及文献报道的2019-nCoV引起的各类医院感染流行及暴发情况,从流行特点和防控存在的主要问题进行梳理与分析,提出策略与建议。总结经验发现,领导重视程度不够,医务人员院感防控意识和培训不足,消毒及个人防护等防控措施落实不到位等是引起COVID-19院内感染的主要因素。建议将COVID-19院内感染融入疾控工作体系,建立健全第三方监督机制,加强多学科合作,切实提升我国医院感染防控能力。

The nosocomial infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 is a serious problem,which poses threat to the prevention and control of novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).It is essential to strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.The analysis was conducted on the epidemiological characteristics of nosocomial infection of COVID-19 and the problems in its prevention and control reported both at home and abroad to put forward suggestion for the nosocomial infection control of COVID-19.It was found that insufficient attention from leaders,insufficient awareness and training of nosocomial infection control of medical staff,and inadequate implementation of prevention and control measures,such as disinfection and personal protection,were the main factors causing nosocomial infection of COVID-19.It is suggested to integrate COVID-19 nosocomial infection surveillance into the national disease control system,establish and improve the third-party supervision mechanism and strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation to effectively improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in China.
