妊娠期宫内外环境因素对后代儿童哮喘发生的影响 被引量:1

The effect of maternal internal and uterine environmental changes during pregnancy on asthma in offspring

摘要 儿童哮喘是全球最常见的呼吸道慢性疾病之一, 发病率呈逐年升高趋势, 所以控制哮喘的发生和发展一直是目前研究的热点。越来越多的证据表明妊娠期宫内外环境的变化与儿童哮喘的发生密切相关。本文总结了妊娠期孕妇精神、疾病、营养状况、环境暴露、药物使用等因素对后代儿童哮喘发生的影响, 为了解儿童哮喘的发生机制、预防和治疗提供了新的思路。 Childhood asthma is one of the most-common chronic respiratory diseases in the world.The incidence of asthma is increasing,and therefore,controlling the occurrence and development of asthma has been the current research hotspot.A growing number of evidences have shown that the changes of maternal internal and uterine environment during pregnancy are related to the occurrence of asthma in offspring.The influence of maternal mental,disease,nutrition,environment,drug exposure on the occurrence of asthma in offspring were summarized,providing a new idea for understanding the mechanism,prevention and treatment of children asthma.
