摘要
目的:采用有限元分析方法比较固定矫治唇面加力及唇舌面同时加力对上颌尖牙的位移趋势及牙体和牙周膜应力分布的影响。方法:通过构建上颌尖牙-牙周膜-牙槽骨-上颌骨-矫治器模型,比较在唇面加力和唇舌面同时加力两种加力方式下,上颌尖牙远中移动的位移趋势、牙体和牙周膜的应力分布。结果:唇面加力下,上颌尖牙表现为远中倾斜移动,伴近中唇向、远中舌向旋转的趋势,牙体和牙周膜应力分布不均匀。唇舌面同时加力下尖牙仅表现为远中倾斜移动,牙体和牙周膜应力分布较均匀,较唇面加力下的尖牙更接近整体移动。结论:上颌尖牙在唇舌面同时加力作用下远中移动效果更佳。
Objective:To compare the displacement trend of maxillary canines and the stress distribution of tooth body and periodontal ligament in fixed orthodontic treatment.Methods:The maxillary canine-periodontal ligament-alveolar bone-appliances models were constructed to compare the displacement trend of distal movement of maxillary canine and the stress distribution of tooth body and periodontal ligament under labial force and labiolingual forces.Results:In the case of labial force, the maxillary canine showed a tendency of distal tipping movement with its mesial towards labial and distal towards lingual, and the stress distribution of tooth body and periodontal ligament were uneven.When the labiolingual forces were applied simultaneously, the canine only made distal tipping movement, and its tooth body and periodontal ligament were evenly distributed.Conclusion:The effect of distal movement of maxillary canines is better under the action of simultaneous forces on the labiolingual surfaces.
