影响自体牙移植的相关因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of influencing factors of autologous tooth transplantation

摘要 目的:探讨年龄、性别、是否根管治疗、术区应用浓缩生长因子(CGF)及受牙区牙位等因素对自体牙移植的成功率及存活率的影响。方法:收集2016年1月~2018年1月行自体牙移植73例患者临床资料,分析自体牙移植成功率的影响因素,采用χ;检验和Logistic回归分析移植牙的3年累积存活率和成功率。结果:73例自体牙移植患者3年成功率为79.45%(58/73);存留率为93.15%(68/73)。年龄、性别及受牙区牙位与自体牙移植存活率及成功率无明显相关。术区应用CGF组成功率明显高于单纯移植组(P<0.05),存留率两者之间无明显统计学差异。接受根管治疗组成功率高于未接受根管治疗组(P<0.05),存留率两者无明显差异。结论:自体牙移植术成功率较高,生物相容性好,是修复牙列缺损一种简单、有效的方法,术中辅助应用CGF及术后完善根管治疗可有效提高移植成功率。 Objective:Several influential factors on the success and survival rate of autologous tooth transplantation are studied, which includes age, gender, root canal treatment, the application of concentrated growth factor(CGF)in the operation area, and the tooth position of the receiving area, etc.Methods:The clinical and postoperative data of 73 patients underwent autologous tooth transplantation in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January 2013 to January 2018 were collected.Several influential factors on the success and survival rate of autologous tooth transplantation are studied, and an analysis of the three-year cumulative survival rate and success rate of transplanted teeth has been conducted through the Chi-Square test and Logistic regression analysis.Results:The influential factors such as age, gender and tooth position in the recipient area are not significantly related to the survival and success rate of autologous tooth transplantation.The success rate of autologous tooth transplantation applied with CGF was significantly higher than that of non-application of CGF in the operation area(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the survival rate of the regenerated teeth.The success rate of autologous tooth transplantation receiving root canal treatment was higher than that of no root canal treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the survival rate of the regenerated teeth.Conclusion:Autologous tooth transplantation, with high success rate and good bio-compatibility, is a simple but effective method for the repair of dentition defects.The auxiliary application of CGF during the operation and the postoperative root canal treatment can effectively improve the success rate of the transplantation.
