摘要 我国数据交易市场正处于萌芽阶段,促进数据要素充分流通是当务之急。本文首先在回顾以往学者对数据资产价格研究的基础上,厘清了数据与大数据之间的关系,界定了本文的研究对象。其次,为研究多元开放的数据交易市场竞价情况,设计了一对多市场竞价修正的Rubinstein博弈模型,模拟市场竞价与交易谈判两阶段博弈,得出卖方视角下市场竞价的数据商品均衡定价。最后,通过引入案例分析说明模型中各参数和均衡解的实践意义。 With the rapid development of China’s digital economy, it has become an important engine of China’s economic growth. It has become the need of the times to promote the open utilization of data and improve the data trading system. China’s data trading market is in its infancy. In order to promote the open development of the data trading market and promote the full circulation of data elements, this paper reviews the previous scholars’ research on the price of data assets, clarifies the relationship between data and big data, and defines the research object of this paper. Secondly, in order to study the bidding situation of diversified and open data trading market, this paper designs a Rubinstein game model modified by one-to-many market bidding, simulates the two-stage game between market bidding and transaction negotiation, and obtains the data commodity equilibrium pricing of market bidding from the seller’s perspective. Finally, a case study is introduced to illustrate the practical significance of the parameters and equilibrium solution in the model.
