摘要
新时代学校心理健康教育必须坚持“以生为本”“以学生成长为核心”。成长咨询作为一种受众广、重预防的心理咨询服务,相信学生的自我成长和自我教育能力,重视不同发展阶段学生的自我发展需要,提供适合其心理社会性发展特征的心理健康教育,通过激发学生的自我洞察、自我认同、自我接纳、自尊和自我表露等,满足学生的发展需要,提高学生的心理健康水平。作为心理健康教育的重要组成部分,成长咨询重视不同个体、不同年龄群体的不同需要,在提供适合学生发展需要的心理健康教育的同时,全面实现学生的道德发展与人格完善、特色发展与全面发展的协同。
School mental health education in the new era must adhere to“student-centered”and“student growth as the core”.As a psychological counseling service with a wide audience and emphasis on prevention,growth counseling believes in students’self-growth and self-education ability,attaches great importance to the self-development needs of students at different ages,and provides mental health education that suits their psychosocial development characteristics,through stimulating their self-insight,self-identity,self-acceptance,self-esteem and self-disclosure to meet the needs of students’development and improve their mental health.As an important part of mental health education,growth counseling attaches importance to the different needs of different individuals and different groups.While providing mental health education suitable for students’development needs,it also realizes the coordination of students’moral development and personality improvement,characteristic development,and all-round development.
