数字金融、科技创新与碳排放--基于省级面板数据的实证分析 被引量:9

摘要 随着新兴科技的发展,金融数字化迅猛发展,并逐渐得到越来越多专家学者的关注。基于2011—2019年中国30个省级数据,利用面板向量自回归模型,研究了数字金融、科技创新和碳排放三者之间的交互关系。研究结果表明,数字金融的发展和科技创新水平的提高在初期都会造成碳排放的增加,但该影响在后期会迅速消失或者变成反向抑制作用;数字金融发展水平的增长和科技创新能力的提升互为格兰杰因果关系;碳排放对数字金融具有长期的抑制作用,且具有显著的自我促进作用。故数字金融、科技创新和碳排放三者间相互联系。数字金融的快速发展源于科技创新水平的提高,并通过将传统金融业职能数字化和衍生一系列新功能引导和激励人们绿色生活,从而减少了碳排放。基于以上研究结果,提出了促进数字金融持续健康发展和助力实现碳达峰目标的政策建议。 With the development of emerging technologies,financial digitization has been developing rapidly and attracting more and more experts’attention.Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper studies the interaction among digital finance,scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission with the panel vector autoregressive model.The results show that the development of digital finance and the improvement of the level of scientific and technological innovation will lead to the increase of carbon emission in the initial stage,but the impact will disappear quickly or turn reverse and inhibitory in the later stage.There is Granger causality between the improvement of digital finance development level and the enhancement of scientific and technological innovation ability.Carbon emission has a long-term inhibiting effect on digital finance and a significant self-promoting effect.Therefore,digital finance,scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission are interrelated.The rapid development of digital finance stems from the improvement of the level of scientific and technological innovation.Meanwhile,by digitizing the functions of the traditional financial industry and deriving a series of new functions,it guides and encourages people to live a green life so as to reduce carbon emission.Based on the above research results,it puts forward policy suggestions on how to promote the sustainable and sound development of digital finance and how to help achieve the goal of carbon peak.
