随着数字经济蓬勃发展,网络安全面临的威胁日益严峻。国家“十四五”规划纲要中“网络安全”出现14次,发展网络安全产业已成为建设数字中国战略的重中之重。当前我国网络安全产业法律法规持续完善、政策红利不断释放、产业驱动方式转变、发展态势持续向好、企业水平显著提升,但产业结构不均衡、竞争优势不明显、产业生态不成熟等问题突出。亟需引领融合创新、完善人才队伍、壮大应用场景、推进产业集聚、完善产业生态,全面促进数字经济时代网络安全产业高质量发展。

The vigorous development of China’s digital economy has exposed various cyber security threats in its rapid development. Cyber security was mentioned 14 times in the national “14 th Five-Year Plan” outline and the development of cyber security industry has become an important part of creating digital economic strategy. At present, laws and regulations continue to improve, policy dividends continue to release, industry-driven is occurring, industrial situation continues to trend up, and the level of enterprises has significantly enhanced in the development of China’s cyber security industry, but there are still some outstanding problems, such as unbalanced industrial structure, unconspicuous competitive advantage, and immaturity industrial ecology. It is urgent to lead the integrated innovation, improve the talent teams, expand the application scenarios, promote industrial agglomeration, improve the industrial ecology, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of cyber security industry in the digital economy era.
