绿色金融对我国经济高质量发展的影响

The impact of green finance on high-quality economic development

文章探究了绿色金融作用于我国经济高质量发展的内在机理,利用熵值法求出绿色金融综合指数和经济高质量发展综合指数。基于2014—2019年我国30个省级行政区的面板数据,实证分析了绿色金融对经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:总体上来说,绿色金融的发展能够促进经济高质量发展;从单个维度来看,绿色金融对技术创新、经济结构优化、经济共享和绿色发展的影响效应均为正。但效应大小是不同的,最大的是经济共享效应,其次是技术创新效应,排后两位的是经济结构优化效应和绿色发展效应。

This paper explores the internal mechanism of green finance’s effect on China’s high-quality economic development. The comprehensive index of green finance and the comprehensive index of high-quality economic development are calculated by entropy method. Based on panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2014 to 2019, the paper analyzes the influence of green finance on high-quality economic development. The results show that: In general, the development of green finance can promote high-quality economic development. On a single dimension, Green finance has positive effects on technological innovation, economic structure optimization, economic sharing and green development. But the size of the effect is different. The largest is the economic sharing effect. The second is the effect of technological innovation, followed by economic structure optimization effect and green development effect. This paper has certain reference value to the formulation of green finance policy.
