摘要
文章通过对我校建筑工程系449名中职学生进行抽样调查,考查学生的心理资本状况,通过心理资本干预方案,比较干预前后心理资本的差异,发现心理资本干预可以有效提升班级管理效能,并对心理资本干预在班级管理中的作用进行实践探索,提炼出利用心理资本干预提升班级管理效能的有效方法,以增强班级管理效能,培养学生积极的心理品质。
Through the sampling survey of 449 secondary vocational students in the Department of construction engineering of our university,this paper examines the status of students'psychological capital,compares the differences of psychological capital before and after the intervention through the psychological capital intervention scheme,finds that psychological capital intervention can effectively improve the efficiency of class management,and makes a practical exploration on the role of psychological capital intervention in class management.This paper also extracts the effective methods of using psychological capital intervention to improve the efficiency of class management,so as to enhance the efficiency of class management and cultivate students'positive psychological quality.
