摘要
针对公司矿山石灰石品位低、硅含量高、韧性强、不易破碎;破碎机产量低,锤头及锤盘磨损严重;电机开机振动大、电机直接启动时电流高等问题,通过采取改变PCY-S2020B型破碎机转子驱动形式、优化锤头数量及尺寸、改进转子结构形式等措施,提高了破碎机产量,保证了破碎机设备的安全稳定运行及生产的顺利进行,同时降低了能耗、节约了生产成本,取得了可观的经济效益。
In view of the low grade of limestone in the company's mines,high silicon content,strong toughness and not easy to be broken;low output of the crusher,serious wear of the hammer head and hammer disc;large motor startup vibration and high current when the motor is directly started,it was upgraded.By adopting changes in PCY-S2020B type crusher rotor drive form,optimization of the number and size of hammer heads,improvement of rotor structure and other measures have increased the output of the crusher,it ensured the safe and stable operation of the crusher equipment and the smooth progress of production,while reducing energy consumption and saving The production cost has been reduced,and considerable economic benefits have been achieved.
