介绍了胶带输送机传统刮板式清扫装置的结构特点及其使用缺陷,分析了细小物料粘附的原因,提出了增加气力清扫装置等改进措施。通过增设鼓风机、调整导向气管位置和改进开孔等,达到了预期清扫效果。

The structural characteristics and defects of traditional scraper cleaning device of belt conveyor are introduced,the reason of adhesion of fine material was analyzed,the improvement measures such as adding pneumatic cleaning device are put forward.By adding blower,adjusting the position of guide pipe and improving the opening,the expected cleaning effect is achieved.
