Comparison and Analysis of Various Process Layout of Wet FGD Systems

分析对比了5条5000t/d新老水泥熟料生产线湿法脱硫系统的工艺布置方式。针对改造项目中水泥熟料生产线窑尾工艺布置的多样性,提出了湿法脱硫系统工艺布置时应遵循的原则和设计时应注意的要点。技改项目应优先考虑脱硫系统集中布置,尽可能缩短脱硫塔、窑尾烟囱和窑尾排风机之间的距离,新建项目应综合考虑窑尾车间布置。

The process layout of 5 kinds of 5000t/d Wet FGD systems for new and old cement clinker production lines were analyzed and compared.Due to the diversity of the kiln tail process layout in the cement clinker production line,the author puts forward the principles to be followed in the process layout and the key points to be paid attention to in the design of the Wet FGD system.The centralized layout of desulfurization system should be given priority in reconstruction projects.The system layout should shorten the distance between the desulfurizing tower,the preheater chimney and the exhaust fan.At the same time,the layout of the kiln preheater workshop should be considered comprehensively in the new project.
