摘要
塑料注射成型是塑料加工中重要的成型方法,是工科院校材料成型及控制工程专业学生在本科期间必须学习和掌握的重要材料成型工艺。结合科研需要,设计了一套注塑成型可视化模具,开发了相应的注塑成型可视化实验系统,实现了注塑填充过程熔体流动行为不同位置和时刻的跟踪观察,在实验教学过程中进行了应用。系统克服了传统教学模具和设备的弊端,更加契合注塑成型的实际生产过程,拍摄的可视化影像数据清晰,运行稳定,在教学和研究中发挥了良好作用。
Plastic injection molding is an important molding method in plastic processing.It is an important material molding process that students majoring in material molding and control engineering in engineering colleges must learn and master during their undergraduate years.Combined with the needs of scientific research,a visual experimental system of injection molding is designed and developed,which can track and observe the melt flow behavior at different positions and times in the injection molding process.It overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mold and equipment,and is more suitable for the actual production process.The visual image data captured by the system is clear and stable,which plays a good role in the teaching and research of injection molding process.
