摘要
介绍了6S管理起源,阐述了6S管理即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全的具体含义,客观分析了实验厂房日常管理中存在的物料、设备长期闲置、环境卫生差和管理机制不完善等问题,针对这些问题,在实验厂房现场管理中引入6S管理,研究了6S管理的各个要素在实验厂房的应用和实践,随着6S管理实践活动的开展和推广,实验厂房的运行管理机制得以建立和完善,环境得到了改善、现场安全得到保障,员工素养也获得提升。
This paper introduced the origin of 6S management and explained specific meanings of Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shitsuke and Safety.The problems of material and equipment lying idle for a long time,poor sanitation and imperfect management mechanism in the daily management of the experimental plant were analyzed.In order to solve these problems,6S management was introduced into the site management of the experimental plant.The application and practice of 6S management were studied in experimental plant.With the implementations of 6S management practice activities,the operation and management mechanism of the experimental plant has been established and improved,the environment of the experimental plant has been improved,the site safety has been guaranteed and the staff's quality has also been improved.
