零手动操作系统在R142b生产装置的应用

摘要 为提升R142b装置的自动化水平,稳定产品品质,延长催化剂使用寿命,降低能耗物耗,该文以先进控制技术为基石,通过完善基础自动化改造,结合精良装备改造,开发了R142b装置零手动操作系统,实现了装置全流程、全过程无人控制,实现了DCS零手动操作控制。应用结果表明:零手动系统投用后,R142b装置自动化水平显著提升,实现了连续3个月手工操作次数为每天0次,关键控制指标的标准方差至少降低了40.00%以上,蒸汽单耗降低了38.74%,电单耗降低了33.24%,不仅实现了节能降耗、增产增效,还能使装置自动化程度产生质的飞跃。 To enhanced the automation level and product stability of R142b plant,extend life of catalyst,cutting the costs of energy and material.This paper introduces unmanned operating system,which one based on advance process control technology,it also combine automation and good gear.Use this technique have performed unmanned operating DCS system covered all process on all the time.The implementation results show that,unmanned operating system can significantly improve automation level of R142B plant,achieved the goal of unmanned operating in three months,the standard deviation of key control indexes can be generally reduced by more than 40.00%and steam consumption reduced by 38.74%and electricity consumption reduced by 33.24%.It can not only save energy and reduce consumption and increase production and increase efficiency,but also make a qualitative leap in the automation level of the device.
