By using the methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the offensive and defensive techniques of the Lakers and Heat in the NBA finals of 2019-2020 season and evaluates the offensive and defensive performance of the all-star players,starters and substitutes of both teams.The results show that the physical advantages and rich game experience of the Lakers’main players,as well as the Lakers’excellent basketball talent,have laid an important foundation for the Lakers to win the championship.The number of 3-point shots and shots,and the ability to attack rebounds are very strong,which are the key factors for the Lakers to win offensively,and the advantages of defensive rebounds,steals and blocks are the important factors for the Lakers to win defensively.The excellent performance of all-star players,including James’scoring ability,rebounding ability,3-point shooting ability and Davis’scoring ability,rebounding ability and blocking ability,is an important factor for the Lakers to win.The excellent scoring ability and rebounding ability of the starting and substitute players,as well as the excellent organizational ability of the substitute players,are also important factors for the Lakers to win.
