宁夏银川市中学体育教师职业素养研究 被引量:1

Research on Professional Literacy of PE Teachers in Yinchuan Middle School of Ningxia

摘要 采用问卷调查法对银川市14所中学体育教师的职业素养进行研究。在职业理论素养中,教师本体性知识掌握较好,缺乏条件性知识、实践性知识;在教学实践中,组织能力、教学能力强,但自身运动能力、执裁能力不足。教师的职业素养水平受社会管理和教学环境以及教师的教龄、职称和学历的影响。提高教师的职业素养水平,离不开教师自身内在能力的提高,更离不开教师所处的社会、学校等外在环境的优化。 In order to comprehensively promote the construction of teachers,the article used the questionnaire survey method to study the professional quality of physical education teachers in 14 middle schools in Yinchuan City.In professional theoretical literacy,teachers master ontology knowledge,are lack of conditional knowledge,practical knowledge;in teaching practice,except for organizational or teaching ability,their own athletic ability,determination ability are insufficient.The professional quality level of teachers is influenced by the social management and teaching environment,as well as their teaching age,professional title and academic background.To improve the professional quality of teachers,the improvement of teachers’own internal ability is vital,beside the optimization of the society,school and other external environment where teachers live in.
