乡村振兴与小城镇发展良性互动机制探究

Exploring the Mechanism of Sound Interaction between Rural Revitalization and Small-town Development

城乡融合发展主要体现为城与乡通过良性互动实现互融互促,从而形成城乡共同繁荣的发展格局。在整个乡村地域系统中,小城镇与乡村最贴近,因而也是城乡良性互动中与乡村互动关系最紧密的城镇类型。在乡村振兴战略背景下,推进二者良性互动,需要围绕激活互动主体、创新互动模式、优化互动过程三方面来进行,使乡村振兴与小城镇发展良性互动在具有内生动力、富有组织力量的主体的创造过程中,不断丰富互动内容,不断完善互动机制,不断优化互动过程,从而实现协同繁荣发展,同步迈进现代化新征程。

The integrated urbarural development manifests itself mainly in the mutual integration and promotion of urban and rural areas through constructive interaction,thus forming a development pattern of common prosperity in both areas.In the whole system of rural areas,small towns are the most adjacent and interactively connected to the countryside.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,to promote sound interaction between small towns and the countryside,it is necessary to focus on three aspects:activating the interactive subjects,innovating the interactive mode,and optimizing the interactive process.By doing so,we can enable the sound interaction between rural revitalization and small-down development to be created by subjects with enormous internal impetus and organizational strength,and can continuously enrich the interactive content,improve the interactive mechanism,and optimize the interactive process to achieve coordinated prosperity and development and move towards a new stage of modernization.
