This paper introduces the functions and advantages of AR technology, points out the importance of using SLAM technology,emphasizes the algorithm advantages of SLAM technology, and from the perspective of AR technology, expounds the specific situation of AR technology of TV program fusion from three aspects of data calibration, SLAM algorithm and rendering technology, correspondingly puts forward some suggestions on the development of AR technology in the future, so as to exert the application value of AR technology and promote the intelligent development of TV programs.
