摘要
将可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)自动化控制技术应用在中短波发射机结构优化及改造过程中,能够从根本上提升中短波发射机运行期间的信息传输水平,降低发射机停播率,减轻值机人员的工作强度,确保发射机始终处于安全稳定的运行状态。对此,以PLC自动化控制技术的概念与结构为切入点,提出中短波发射机PLC自动化技术的应用优势、应用方向以及具体应用对策,以供参考。
By applying Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)automatic control technology to the structure optimization and transformation of medium-short wave transmitter,it can fundamentally improve the information transmission level during medium-short wave transmitter operation,reduce the transmitter stop transmission rate,reduce the working intensity of check-in personnel,and ensure that the transmitter is always in a safe and stable operation state.In this paper,taking the concept and structure of PLC automation control technology as the entry point,it puts forward the application advantages,application direction and specific application countermeasures of PLC automation technology for reference.
