Cross Platform Network and Audio-Video Fusion Conference System for Large-Scale International Conferences

以某次线上线下相结合的大型高级别国际会议为例,介绍全球实时网络视频会议的解决方案及技术支撑系统。该系统将全球数百个远程会议客户端与主会场相连,实现了会议发言人、普通参会者、同传翻译等人员之间的信息互通,为疫情形势下级别高、范围广、接入点多、议程复杂的远程会议提供了一种解决方案,也是一套广播电视技术与网络音视频技术融合的典型样本。

Taking a large-scale high-level international conference combining online and offline as an example,this paper introduces the solution and technical support system of global real-time network video conference.The system connects hundreds of remote meeting clients with the main venue,and realizes information exchange among conference spokesmen,ordinary participants and simultaneous interpreting personnel.It provides a solution for the remote meeting with high level,wide scope,large access point and complicated agenda.It is also a typical sample of the integration of radio and television technology and network audio and video technology.
