摘要
DX系列发射机是哈里斯公司生产的全固态数字调幅中波发射机,在发射台具有广泛应用,其主要由射频、音频、电源及控制监测4大部分组成。其中的开机分步启动控制电路较为复杂,既涉及控制板的时序逻辑,也包含电路连接和各类分立元件,分布范围较广。为此,介绍DX-100中波发射机开机时序逻辑以及主电源分步启动控制原理,并结合故障案例对分步启动电路进行分析。
DX series transmitter is an all solid-state Digital AM medium wave transmitter produced by Harris company.It is widely used in the transmitting station.It is mainly composed of four parts:RF,audio,power supply,control and monitoring.The start-up step-bystep start-up control circuit is more complex,which involves not only the timing logic of the control board,but also circuit connection and various discrete components,with a wide distribution range.This paper introduces the start-up sequence logic of DX-100 medium wave transmitter and the step-by-step start-up control principle of main power supply,and analyzes the step-by-step start-up circuit combined with fault cases.
