目的:开发基于信息平台的医学实验室综合管理系统,实现仪器线上集中管理与预约,有效提升实验室整体运营及管理水平。方法:系统采用Java语言,B/S架构。结果:以专有门户系统为依托,实现仪器介绍、仪器预约、仪器管理、预约管理;以指纹系统为手段,实现指纹录入、指纹验证、指纹测试、指纹比对;以后台系统为核心,实现用户管理、门户管理、试剂耗材、个人中心、邮件管理、流程管理、项目管理、申购管理、采购管理、库存管理、报销管理、系统管理等管理需求。结论:该系统能够满足实验室高效管理的各项需要,提高了仪器使用率及指导老师与科研人员的工作效率,降低了仪器预约和使用成本,凭借对人、财、物的多元化管理机制进一步提升了实验室整体运营与管理效率。

Objective To develop a comprehensive management system for medical laboratory based on the information platform,realize centralized online management and reservation of instruments,and raise the overall operation and management level of laboratories effectively.Methods The system used Java language and B/S architecture.Results Relying on proprietary portal system,instrument introduction,instrument reservation,instrument management and reservation management were realized.By means of the fingerprint system,fingerprint entry,fingerprint verification,fingerprint test and fingerprint comparison were realized.With focus on the back-end system,management needs were met,such as user management,portal management,reagent and consumables,personal center,mail management,process management,project management,subscription management,procurement management,inventory management,reimbursement management,system management etc.Conclusion The system can meet the needs of efficient management of the laboratory,improve the utilization rate of instruments and work efficiency of instructors and researchers,reduce the cost of instrument reservation and use,and further improve the overall operation and management efficiency of the laboratory with the diversified management mechanism of human,financial and material.
