目的:基于医院信息化平台部署神经胶质瘤专病科研数据库,提高科研数据采集效率和质量,推动神经胶质瘤科研工作。方法:参考国内外标准构建胶质瘤专病数据集,通过多层次术语抽取、归一化处理等技术实现多源异构数据集成。根据字段来源和治理难度,采用多种技术进行多维度数据治理。采取“事前”数据管理和质量控制措施,保障临床研究阶段结果的科学性和可靠性。结果:神经胶质瘤专病库实现数据集成与治理、科研项目管理、患者管理、数据采集、数据检索分析等功能,提供高效、全量、实时的研究级数据支撑。结论:神经胶质瘤专病科研数据库有助于推动胶质瘤临床研究,促进学科发展,为开展真实世界研究、干预性多中心研究奠定了基础。

Objective To deploy the scientific research database of specific disease of gliomas based on the hospital information platform,improve the efficiency and quality of scientific research data collection,and promote the scientific research of glioma.Methods The data set of the special disease of glioma was constructed by referring to domestic and foreign standards.Multi-source heterogeneous data integration was realized by multi-level term extraction and normalization processing.According to the source of fields and the difficulty of governance,multi-dimensional data governance was completed by using a variety of technologies.The"prior"data management and quality control measures were adopted to ensure the scientific and reliable results in the stage of clinical study.Results The special disease database of gliomas realized the functions such as data integration and governance,scientific research project management,patient management,data collection,and data retrieval and analysis,and provided efficient,full and realtime research-level data support.Conclusion The scientific research database of the special disease of glioma is helpful to promote the clinical research on glioma and the development of the discipline,and lay a foundation for the real-world and multi-center intervention research.
