在临床医疗业务开展的过程中,医患双方对原始临床医疗文档均有获取、使用和阅读的需求。为了提供原始安全和可靠的数字文档,通过建设基于数字认证、电子签章和对象存储的临床文档中心,规范统一临床文档的生成和存储,为医院其他系统提供原始医疗文档的数据支撑。临床文档中心的建设更好地满足了业务开展的需要,进一步拓宽了医院数据中心CDR的服务范围,提升了数据服务的质量,解除系统间集成的耦合度和难度,提升了信息集成的效率。

In the process of clinical medical business,doctors and patients have the demands to obtain,use and read original clinical medical documents.To provide original safe and reliable digital documents,the clinical document center based on digital authentication,electronic seal and object storage was established,which standardized the generation and storage of clinical documents,and provided data support of original medical documents for other systems of the hospital.The construction of the clinical document center can meet the needs of business development better,further expand the service scope of CDR,improve the quality of data services,remove the coupling and difficulty of integration between systems,and improve the efficiency of information integration.
