摘要 目的:利用信息化手段实现医学装备的全生命周期管理和精细化管理,并为院内医学装备资源配置提供准确的辅助决策手段。方法:利用物联网定位技术、感知技术与信息化管理相结合,基于分布式技术架构和微服务组件,建立医学装备智能管理系统,实时监测医学装备运行状态和数据,实现设备高值医学装备自动盘点、设备维修全程管理、防拆报警、能效监测等功能。结果:实现了医学装备全生命周期管理、在线监测、生命支持类设备在线调度等,有效提高了设备的使用效率,并进行较为精准的单台设备成本效益分析及医学装备的精细化管理,并可实现区域共享与协同。结论:通过物联网技术能够突破传统信息化采用人工、粗放管理模式瓶颈,能够更加有效地对医学装备进行智能化、精细化管理。 Objective To realize the full life cycle management and fine management of medical devices by using informatization,and to provide accurate auxiliary decision-making means for medical device resource allocation in the hospital.Methods By using the positioning technology,sensing technology of the Internet of Things,combined with information management,based on the distributed technical framework and microservice components,the intelligent management system of medical devices was established,the running state and data of medical devices were monitored in real time,and functions including automatic counting of high-value medical devices,the full process management of device repairing,tamper alarm,and energy efficiency monitoring were realized.Results The full life cycle management of medical devices,online monitoring,online scheduling of life support devices,and other functions are realized.The use efficiency of devices was effectively improved,the accurate cost-benefit analysis of a single device and fine management of medical devices were realized.Regional sharing and collaboration can be realized.Conclusion the Internet of Things technology can break through the bottleneck of artificial and extensive management of traditional informatization,and realize intelligent and refined management of medical devices more effectively.
