中药饮片前置审方规则的设置对处方合理率的提升作用研究

Study on the increase of the rationality rate of prescriptions by setting the rules for the advanced prescription review of decoction pieces of TCM

目的:改进前置审方系统中对中药饮片规则的设置,以减少或杜绝不合理用药及用药错误。方法:根据中药饮片法规对饮片前置审核规则进行原始设置,随机抽取规则设置前后各1200张中药饮片处方,进行事后处方点评,比较其处方合理率,采用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果:规则设置后中药饮片处方合理率明显高于设置前,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前置审方系统饮片规则的设置可有效提高中药饮片处方合理率,通过点评发现问题,为后续规则设置的改进提供思路。

Objective To improve the setting of rules for decoction pieces of TCM in the advanced prescription review system,so as to reduce or eliminate unreasonable drug use and drug use errors.Methods The rules for advanced review of decoction pieces are originally set according to the laws and regulations of decoction pieces of TCM.1,200 prescriptions of decoction pieces of TCM are randomly selected before and after the setting of the rules,the post prescription comments are made,the rationality rates of prescriptions are compared,and the chi square test is used for statistical analysis.Results After the setting of the rules,the rationality rate of decoction pieces of TCM is significantly higher than that before the setting of the rules and the results are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The setting of the rules for decoction pieces in the advanced prescription review system can effectively improve the rationality rate of prescriptions of decoction pieces of TCM,find problems through comments,and provide ideas for the improvement of subsequent setting of rules.
