中医临床辅助决策系统功能与算法的发展评述

Review on the development of function and algorithm of the TCM clinical decision support system

系统梳理近40年中医临床辅助决策系统(TCMCDSS)研究概况,分别从功能维度、算法维度2个角度进行论述。其中基于功能维度的TCMCDSS又可分为中医临床医学专家系统、专病系统、中医诊断辅助决策系统、中医临床治疗方案推荐系统、合理用药系统5类;而算法维度也可分为基于规则、基于搜索引擎、基于机器学习、基于知识图谱、深度学习和知识图谱相融合5类。经过系统研判,认为目前中医临床辅助决策系统在系统性能优化以及和医院信息系统的融合方面存在问题,同时通过分析对TCMCDSS的未来发展提出了相关的展望。

The researches of the TCM clinical decision support system(TCMCDSS)in the last 40 years are systematically summarized and discussed from the perspectives of function and algorithm.TCMCDSS can be divided into five categories based on functions:TCM clinical medicine expert system,special disease system,TCM diagnosis decision support system,TCM clinical treatment plan recommendation system and rational drug use system;and based on algorithm it can also be divided into rule-based,search engine-based,machine learning-based,knowledge mappingbased,and the integration of deep learning and knowledge mapping.After systematic study and judgment,it is believed that TCMCDSS has problems in system performance optimization and integration with hospital information system.At the same time,the future development of TCMCDSS is proposed relevant prospects.
