互联网医院处方流转平台建设的探索

Construction and exploration of the prescription circulation platform of Internet hospital

在全国互联网医院迅速发展的背景下,深圳市龙岗区人民医院为实现信息实时传送、医患之间实现三赢及便于后台信息管理等目的,积极开展处方流转平台建设,探讨解决目前处方流转平台存在的药店药师监管不足、药店廉价药品不足、“三医联动”落实不力以及信息安全、法律监管等问题,并通过实践经验,提出加强对药师的管理;政府应加大对药厂及药店的投入与管理;拓宽处方流转平台医保支付范围的进程;加强信息泄露的防御管理,出台处方流转平台相关法律的建议。

Under the background of the rapid development of Internet hospitals across the country,based on the experience of the People's Hospital of Longgang District of Shenzhen of actively exploring the construction of the prescription circulation platform,the advantages of the prescription circulation platform are explained.The objectives such as real-time transmission of information,triple-win between doctors and patients,and facilitation of background information management can be achieved.Problems of the prescription circulation platform such as insufficient supervision of pharmacies and pharmacists,the shortage of cheap drugs in pharmacies,failure to realize"combination of medical care,medical insurance and medicine",information safety and legal supervision are discussed.It is proposed to strengthen the management of pharmacists,increase the investment in pharmaceutical factories and pharmacies by the government,expand the scope of medical insurance payment of the prescription circulation platform,strengthen the defense of information leakage,and give special legal advices on the prescription circulation platform.
