近10年中医药治疗肝癌研究的知识图谱分析

Knowledge-Map Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Liver Cancer in the Past Decade

目的全面分析近10年中医药治疗肝癌的科学成果,了解其新兴的研究趋势,为其未来的研究提供参考。方法使用中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库检索2010年1月1日—2020年12月31日期间中医药治疗肝癌的相关文献;使用Excel 2019和Cytoscape管理数据并进行可视化分析。结果共有2751篇相关文献被纳入研究,近十年来中医药治疗肝癌研究出版物数量已经具备了较大的规模,虽然有波动,但是总体是呈增长趋势。上海中医药大学基础医学院是发文量最多的机构,但是不同研究团队之间合作较少。吴孝雄是近年来是中医药治疗肝癌研究领域最活跃且非常有潜力的作者,发文量最多并且爆发力最强。至今处于前沿的研究方向包括中医外敷防治肝癌疾病、中医药联合射波刀中西医结合治疗肝癌、肝癌证候以及肝癌中医量表的规范化研究、中药复方或者中药单体治疗肝癌的机制探索研究、中药复方以及中药单体质量控制评价研究。临床研究依然是未来的研究热点,与人工智能和数据挖掘相结合的多学科交叉融合研究将成为中医药治疗肝癌领域的新兴趋势。结论文章通过文献计量分析与可视化分析,初步展示了近十年中医药治疗肝癌的研究现状和研究热点,为该领域今后的发展提供借鉴与参考。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the scientific achievements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of liver cancer in the past decade,understand its emerging research trends,and provide a reference for future research.Methods Chinese Knowledge Infrastructure Engineering(CNKI)database was used to search relevant literatures on TCM treatment of liver cancer from January 1,2010 to December 31,2020.Excel 2019 and Cytoscape were used to manage the data and perform visual analysis.Results A total of 2751 related literatures were included in the study.In recent ten years,the number of publications on the treatment of liver cancer with TCM has reached a large scale.Although there are fluctuations,the overall trend is increasing.The School of Basic Medical Sciences of Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine is the institution with the largest number of publications,but there is little cooperation between different research teams.Wu Xiaoxiong is the most active and very potential author in the research field of TCM for the treatment of liver cancer in recent years,with the most abundant publications and the strongest burst power.Up to now,the research directions in the forefront include the prevention and treatment of liver cancer by TCM external application,the treatment of liver cancer by TCM combined with Cyberknife,the standardization of liver cancer TCM scale,the mechanism exploration of TCM compound or TCM monomer in the treatment of liver cancer,and the quality control evaluation of TCM compound and TCM monomer.Clinical research is still a hot research topic in the future,and multidisciplinary research combined with artificial intelligence and data mining will become an emerging trend in the field of TCM treatment of liver cancer.Conclusion This study preliminarily demonstrates the research status and research hot spots of TCM for the treatment of liver cancer in the past decade by bibliometric analysis and visualization analysis,which provides a draw and reference for the future development of this field.
