摘要
“两翼理论”是习近平总书记对科技创新和科学普及工作的重要论述,在马克思主义世界观和方法论下深刻阐明了实现创新发展的基本规律,科学回答了事关我国创新发展的重大问题,为我国实现高水平科技自立自强、加快创新发展指明了前进方向,提供了根本遵循。
The“Two-Wings Theory”is an important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of science and technology innovation as well as science popularization.It profoundly clarifies the basic laws of realization of innovation and development,and correctly answers major questions related to China’s innovation and development.This theory points out the way forward and provides fundamental principles for China to achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and accelerate innovation and development.
