中国科技类博物馆运行机制探索——基于我国科技类博物馆发展基本情况调查的结果分析

Exploration on the Operation Mechanism of Science and Technology Museums in China: Based on the Analysis of the Results of the Investigation on the Basic Situation of the Development of Science and Technology Museums in China

通过实地调研、口述访谈、数据统计、案例研究等方法,从经费筹措机制、资源共享机制、人才管理机制、评估监督机制等方面对不同管理模式下的中国科技类博物馆运行机制进行考察,分析中国科技类博物馆运行机制现状及存在的问题,并在借鉴国内外特色科技类博物馆运行模式及成功经验的基础上,探索中国科技类博物馆运行机制未来的发展趋势与方向。

Through field investigation,oral interview,data statistics,case studies,and other methods,this paper investigates the operation mechanism of Chinese science and technology museums under different management modes from the aspects of fund raising mechanism,resource sharing mechanism,talent management mechanism,evaluation and supervision mechanism,analyzes the experience and existing problems of the operation mechanism of Chinese science and technology museums,and explores the future development trend and direction of the operation mechanism of Chinese science and technology museums based on drawing lessons from the operation modes and successful experiences of domestic and foreign characteristic science and technology museums.
