摘要
本文主要介绍了北方某水厂用次氯酸钠消毒替代液氯的工艺改造方式,内容有工艺方面的设计要求、施工要求、消毒效果、运行调试等。在当地不变的气候和环境、水厂实际运行情况下,对比二氧化氯和次氯酸钠两种消毒工艺优缺点,确定选用次氯酸钠消毒工艺;通过进行运行调试,确定最佳投加浓度,同时,提出了次氯酸钠消毒工艺的安全要求及建议,为此类型水厂消毒系统的改造和优化提供了参考。
This paper mainly introduces the process transformation mode of using sodium hypochlorite to disinfect instead of liquid chlorine in a water plant in the north,including process design requirements,construction requirements,disinfection effect,operation commissioning and so on.Under the constant local climate and environment and the actual operation of the water plant,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite disinfection processes,the sodium hypochlorite disinfection process is selected.Through operation and commissioning,the optimal dosing concentration is determined,and the safety requirements and suggestions of sodium hypochlorite disinfection process are put forward,which provides a reference for the transformation and optimization of disinfection system in this type of water plant.
