职业教育类高校教师创新能力分析

Analysis of the Innovative Ability of Teachers in Vocational Education Universities

技术创新是人类历史发展的根源动力,是人类生命与进步的内在客观要求,是人类社会文明发展与进步的必然选择。教师的创新能力同样也会对整体的教育水平起到关键性的影响。本文是在问卷调查的数据基础下,采用统计方法分析数据,从而建立数据模型,以给出文、理、工科教师创新能力现状的综合评价,并找到影响职业教育类教师创新能力的决定因素。

Technological innovation is the root driving force of human historical development,the inherent objective requirement for human life and progress,and the inevitable choice for the development and progress of human social civilization.The innovative ability of teachers also will have a critical impact on the overall level of education.Based on the data of the questionnaire survey,this paper uses statistical methods to analyze the data to establish a data model,in order to give a comprehensive evaluation of the current situation of the innovation ability of teachers of literature,science and engineering,and to find the decisive factors that affect the innovation ability of vocational education teachers.
