摘要
体能训练是现阶段青少年务必重视的部分,与身体健康状况息息相关,棒球作为现阶段受众度较高的体育项目,更应肩负起强健体魄、培养技能的责任。然而,目前的棒球运动员体能训练却存在单一化、形式化的问题,与提升身体素质的初衷背道而驰。为了提高体能训练的实用性,该文详细介绍训练的重要性,并划分训练的类型,剖析其本质,结合现状归纳棒球运动员应当具备的能力,制订针对性的教学方案,希望起到借鉴作用。
Physical training is the part that teenagers must pay attention to at this stage, which is closely related to their physical health. As a sport with a high audience at this stage, baseball should shoulder the responsibility of strengthening physique and cultivating skills. However, the current physical training of baseball players has the problem of simplification and formalization, which is contrary to the original intention of improving physical quality. In order to improve the practicability of physical training, this paper introduces the importance of training in detail, divides the types of training, analyzes its essence, summarizes the abilities that baseball players should have in combination with the current situation, and formulates targeted teaching plans, hoping to play a reference role.
