水中体能训练在恢复及康复性训练中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 科学合理的恢复性体能训练有的放矢,在竞技体育运动不断发展的今天,运动训练计划的安排越来越系统化、科学化,而恢复及康复性训练也一直是必须考虑的部分。没有恢复就没有提高,为了解决训练和恢复之间的矛盾,水中体能训练作为一种康复的有效训练手段,在水的物理特性下进行训练可以改善全身血液循环、镇痛消肿;扩大关节活动度以及增强肌肉力量;改善机体灵活性;恢复神经肌肉控制、身体的平衡及协调等能力,该文通过文献资料及逻辑分析等研究方法,对水中体能训练在康复性训练中的应用研究展开阐述。 Scientific and reasonable rehabilitation physical training is targeted.Today,with the continuous development of competitive sports,the arrangement of sports training plan is becoming more and more systematic and scientific,and recovery and rehabilitation training has always been an important part that must be taken into account.Without recovery,there will be no improvement.In order to solve the contradiction between training and recovery,underwater physical fitness training is an effective training means of rehabilitation,Training under the physical characteristics of water can improve systemic blood circulation,analgesia and detumescence;Expand joint range of motion and enhance muscle strength;Improve body flexibility;Restore the ability of neuromuscular control,body balance and coordination.This paper expounds the application of underwater physical training in rehabilitation training through literature and logical analysis.
