2020年,中国式摔跤推广委员会对中国式摔跤竞赛规则进行了修改,比赛规则随着指导技术的发展而不断演变。该研究对2017—2020年男、女中国式摔跤总决赛进行了技术统计,对规则修改后技术的变化进行了深刻的探讨,分析与讨论了中国式摔跤技战术的发展趋势和规则的变化给中国式摔跤运动带来的较大影响。新规则产生的主要变化是使观众能够容易看懂比赛,使制定的规则更加简单。对运动员来讲,实力与偶然性并存,符合中国式摔跤发展规律。如何掌握新规则,如何适应新规则,如何制定新的训练计划,这些问题是对运动员与教练员的严峻考验。

In 2020,the Chinese Wrestling Promotion Committee revised the competition rules of Chinese Wrestling,and the competition rules continue to evolve with the development of guiding technology.This study makes technical statistics on the finals of men's and women's Chinese Wrestling from 2017 to 2020,and deeply discusses the technical changes after the modification of the rules.It analyzes and discusses the great influence of the development trend of Chinese Wrestling techniques and tactics and the change of rules on Chinese Wrestling.The main change of the new rules is to make it easier for the audience to understand the game and make the rules simpler.For athletes,strength and contingency coexist,which is in line with the development law of Chinese Wrestling.How to master the new rules,how to adapt to the new rules and how to formulate new training plans are a severe test for athletes and coaches.
