全国青少年无人机赛事的SWOT及发展策略研究

Study on SWOT and Development Strategy of National Youth Drone Competition

近几年,无人机作为新颖的体育运动项目,受到的关注度越来越高。同时,无人机在社会中的广泛运用,使得无人机由专业化逐渐转向大众化。随着全球新兴化运动影响力的增加,无人机赛事、跑酷、电子竞技等运动逐渐被社会及体育界官方认可,其带来的经济效应也是巨大的。可以预见的是,无人机赛事将会引起社会上更多的关注,得到发展的动力。该文以全国青少年无人机大赛为例,运用文献分析法、基于SWOT分析法浅析该赛事的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,从而得出对应建议及策略。研究得出,无人机赛事的优势在于大赛相对完善的赛程安排,赛事影响力大;赛事的机遇在于国家政策的支持,赞助无人机赛事的相关企业增加;大赛存在缺乏收入来源、赛事衍生品少的劣势。存在的威胁是:缺乏健全的无人机法律法规,国内外无人机赛事竞争激烈。针对其中存在的问题提出以下策略:建立赛事品牌概念;优化参赛运动员的人才培养方案;构建赛事商业模式;赛事营销痒点的创造;构建青少年无人机“金字塔”赛事体系。

In recent years,as a novel sport,drone has attracted more and more attention.At the same time,the wide application of UAV in society makes UAV gradually turn from specialization to popularization.With the increasing influence of global new sports,UAV events,parkour,E-sports and other sports have gradually been officially recognized by the society and sports circles,and the economic effect is also huge.It can be predicted that drone events will attract more attention in the society and get the driving force of development.Taking the National Youth Drone competition as an example,this paper uses the literature analysis method and SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the competition,so as to get the corresponding suggestions and strategies.The research shows that the advantage of drone competition lies in the relatively perfect schedule and great influence of the competition;The opportunity of the event lies in the support of national policies,and the number of relevant enterprises sponsoring drone events has increased;The competition has the disadvantages of lack of income source and few derivatives;The existing threats are:lack of sound drone laws and regulations,large competition in drone events at home and abroad;In view of the existing problems,the following strategies are put forward:establish the concept of event brand;Optimize the talent training program of participating athletes;Build the business model of the event;Creation of itch points in event marketing;Build a youth drone"pyramid"event system.
