水中排球公共体育课程开发研究——以天津体育学院为例

Research on the Development of Public Sports Curriculum for Water Volleyball--Taking Tianjin University of Sport as an Example

水中排球是一项在1.2m左右的浅水池中进行的隔网对抗类项目,融合了排球、游泳、水中健身等多个运动项目。参与者具备一定水性,能在浅水区完成走或跳跃等基本移动步伐,掌握基础排球技能,便能参与其中,简单易学,是一项既适合大众的娱乐性体育项目,又具备竞技性的创新型运动项目。天津体育学院是一所专业的体育类院校,目前学校已开展游泳、排球、水中健身等课程,学校在师资建设、教材建设、教学内容管理和人才培养等方面都有较好的成绩。雄厚的师资、完善的场馆资源、学校的政策支持和较好的学生基础等,为学校开设水中排球公共体育课程奠定了良好的基础。该文围绕水中排球项目的特性,结合学校特点,对学校开发水中排球课程展开研究,并制定适合学生的教学方案与考核方法等。

Water volleyball is a kind of net competition event in the shallow pool of 1.2m or so,integrating volleyball,swimming,water fitness and other sports.Participants have a certain level of water ability,can complete basic movement steps such as walking or jumping in shallow water,and master basic volleyball skills,they can participate in it,and it is easy to learn.It is an innovative sports project that is suitable for both recreational sports and competitive sports.Tianjin University of Sport is a professional sports college.At present,the school has carried out courses such as swimming,volleyball,and water fitness.The school has achieved good results in teacher construction,textbook construction,teaching content management and talent training.Abundant teachers,perfect venue resources,school policy support and good student foundation have laid a good foundation for the school to establish Water Volleyball Public Physical Education courses.Focusing on the characteristics of water volleyball and combined with the characteristics of the school,this paper studies the development of Water Volleyball curriculum in the school,and formulates the teaching scheme and examination method suitable for students.
