摘要
随着生活水平的提升,人们更加注重自身的健康问题,尤其对于中老年来说,适当参加体育锻炼能够保持身体健康,提高机体的免疫力。体育舞蹈作为一项有氧运动,可以提高身体素质,塑造优美的形态,同时提升中老年人的体质健康,满足心理需要,是一项适合中老年人长期进行的体育锻炼项目。该文主要研究了长期体育舞蹈锻炼对中老年人免疫功能的影响,并且对中老年人免疫功能的特点进行了分析,通过实验对比观察,得出长期进行体育舞蹈运动对人体内T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清免疫球蛋白的作用,从而给出中老年人进行体育舞蹈锻炼的合理性建议。
With the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more attention to their own health problems,especially for the middle-aged and elderly,appropriate participation in physical exercise can keep healthy,improve the body's immunity.As an aerobic exercise,sports dance can improve physical quality,shape beautiful shape,improve the physical health of middle-aged and elderly and meet their psychological needs.It is a long-term physical exercise project suitable for middle-aged and elderly.This paper mainly studies the effect of long-term sports dance exercise on the immune function of the middle-aged and elderly,and analyzes the characteristics of the immune function of the middle-aged and elderly.Through experimental comparative observation,it obtains the effect of long-term sports dance exercise on T lymphocyte subsets and serum immunoglobulin in the human body,so as to give reasonable suggestions for the middle-aged and elderly to carry out sports dance exercise.
