摘要
乒乓球是我国最受欢迎的体育运动项目之一,不仅在竞技体育赛场上取得了辉煌成绩,而且在高校中也得到了迅速发展,高校乒乓球运动员不断增多,对运动员的训练提出了更高要求。体能训练是运动员训练的重要内容,但是目前我国高校乒乓球运动的体能训练在思想认知、训练计划、考核方式等方面还存在不足,需要进行针对性的改进完善。在此基础上,教练要制定科学的训练方法,对乒乓球运动员的力量、速度、耐力、灵敏等进行科学训练,提升他们的综合实力。
Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China.It has not only made brilliant achievements in competitive sports,but also developed rapidly in colleges and universities.The number of college table tennis players is increasing constantly,which has put forward higher requirements for the training of athletes.Physical training is an important part of athletes'training.However,at present,there are still deficiencies in the physical training of table tennis in colleges and universities in terms of ideological cognition,training plan and assessment methods,which need to be improved.On this basis,the coach should formulate scientific training methods to scientifically train the strength,speed,endurance and agility of table tennis players,so as to improve their comprehensive strength.
