“倒置法”在健美操套路教学中的实践研究

摘要 通过教学实验法,探讨“倒置法”在健美操套路教学中的应用效果。以X校公共体育健美操选项课2个班学生为研究参与者,以国家体育总局推广的2013年《全国时尚健身规定动作》为教学内容,进行教学实验。随机选择一个班为实验组,另一个班为对照组,实验组采用倒置法教学,对照组采用常规法教学。结果:实验组学生的学习兴趣、创编能力、动作连接的流畅性、音乐的跟随能力得分都显著高于对照组。研究认为,“倒置法”对培养学生学习兴趣、提高学习能力以及创新思维能力等方面有积极影响。 This paper discusses the application effect of"inversion"in calisthenics routine teaching through teaching experiment method.Taking the students of two classes of public sports aerobics optional course in school X as the research participants,and taking the 2013 national fashion fitness specified actions promoted by the State Sports Administration as the teaching content,the teaching experiment was carried out.One class was randomly selected as the experimental group and the other as the control group.The experimental group was taught by inversion method and the control group was taught by routine method.Results The scores of learning interest,creative ability,fluency of movement connection and music following ability of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The research shows that the"inversion"has a positive impact on cultivating students'learning interest,improving learning ability and innovative thinking ability.
