2021年,全球矿业经济形势向好,我国主要矿产品产量总体保持增长态势,矿业经济恢复向好,为国民经济产业链供应链韧性提供了有力的资源保障。但是,在我国紧缺战略性矿产品供应“大头在外”的格局下,面对全球地缘政治复杂多变、国际能源资源市场不确定性不稳定性增加、部分资源国政局动荡,以及新冠肺炎疫情反复等多重因素挑战,紧缺战略性矿产品境外供应压力会更大,境外资源临时性断供或短供将可能成为常态,供应链梗阻问题将更为突出。提高我国矿产品供应保障能力,需要借鉴美国、欧盟等发达国家的经验,通过加强国内保供能力建设和稳定国外供应路径等举措,全面保障我国矿产资源安全和全产业链安全。

In 2021,the global mining economic situation was in good shape,the output of major minerals in China maintained an overall growth trend,the mining economy recovered,providing a strong resource guarantee for the resilience of the national economic industry chain and supply chain.However,under the situation that China's supply of strategic minerals in short supply and“relies on the international market”,the pressure of overseas supply of strategic minerals in short supply will be greater in the face of multiple challenges such as complex global geopolitics,increasing uncertainty and instability in the international energy and resource market,political instability in some resource countries,and repeated COVID-19 outbreaks,temporary or short supply of overseas resources may become the norm,and supply chain obstruction will be more prominent.It is necessary to learn from the experience of developed countries such as the United States and the European Union to enhance the security of China's mineral resources and the safety of the whole industrial chain through measures such as strengthening domestic capacity building and stabilizing foreign supply routes.
