康复新液在耳鼻咽喉科疾病中应用的研究进展

Research progress on the application of Kangfuxinye in otorhinolaryngology diseases

康复新液是美洲大蠊干燥虫体的乙醇提取物,其成分复杂,主要功效为通利血脉,养阴生肌,具有促进创面修复愈合、调节免疫、抗炎、消肿、镇痛、抗菌、抗肿瘤等作用。故康复新液在消化科疾病、妇科疾病、外科疾病、口腔科疾病及耳鼻咽喉科疾病中应用广泛,并取得了较好的疗效。本文通过查阅近年有关康复新液的国内外文献,对其在耳鼻咽喉科疾病中的应用及其产生作用的有效成分和药理学机制进行归纳和总结,以期为临床医师用药提供参考。

Kangfuxinye is an ethanol extract from the dry body of Periplaneta americana.Its components are complex.Its main effect is promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin and generating granulation.It has the effects of promoting wound healing,regulating immunity,anti-inflammatory,detumescence,analgesia,antibacterial and anti-tumor.Therefore,Kangfuxinye is widely used in digestive diseases,gynecological diseases,surgical diseases,stomatological diseases and otorhinolaryngology diseases,and has achieved good curative effect.By consulting the domestic and foreign literature on Kangfuxinye in recent years,this paper summarizes its application in otorhinolaryngology diseases,its effective components and pharmacological mechanism,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
