On the Reform and Development Strategy of Employment Oriented Computer Teaching and Its Application

根据现阶段企业对计算机人才的需求,探讨以就业为导向的计算机教学改革发展策略。以“图像处理软件Photoshop”课程为例,结合专业技能与实践教学,对该课程的教学内容进行优化,以培养学生对Photoshop的运用能力;注重学生图片素材收集习惯的培养,以提高学生的素材积累量;设计小组讨论机制,弥补单个学生思维单一的缺陷;创新分组竞标的考核机制,结合就业需求,全面培养学生的Photoshop运用能力。将“图像处理软件Photoshop”课程作为研究对象,重新设置教学基本要求、教学内容和课时分配情况、教学模式和学习内容,落实以就业为导向的计算机教学改革发展策略。

According to the current demand of enterprises for computer talents,the reform and development strategy of employment oriented computer teaching is discussed.Taking the course of“Image Processing Software Photoshop”as an example,combined with professional skills and practical teaching,the teaching content of the course is optimized to cultivate studentsapplication ability of Photoshop.Attention is paid to cultivating studentshabit of collecting pictures and materials so as to improve studentsmaterial accumulation.The group discussion mechanism is designed to make up for the defect of a single students single thinking.Combined with employment demand,the evaluation mechanism of group bidding is innovated to comprehensively cultivate studentsapplication ability of Photoshop.The course of“Image Processing Software Photoshop”taken as the research object,the basic teaching requirements,teaching content,class hour distribution,teaching mode and learning content are reset to implement the reform and development strategy of employment oriented computer teaching.
