摘要
目的 分析我国医学人文教育的现状,为医学人文教育的进一步研究和优秀医疗卫生人才建设提供建议和参考。方法 以医学人文教育、现状为关键词在CNKI、CBM、万方、维普数据库中检索文献,并追溯参考文献,使用文献计量法和内容分析法进行分析。结果 共纳入文献140篇,其中综述型文章89篇,调查型研究51篇;文献发表于82种期刊,被引90篇,总计被引频次553次;71篇文献受基金项目资助;大多数文献所研究的教育阶段是院前教育,教育对象为医学生;医学生和学校对人文教育重视不够、课程设置不合理、教学模式单一、师资力量薄弱等为目前医学人文教育所面临的主要问题;针对医学人文教育的建议主要是改变教育观念,优化人文课程体系,加强人文师资队伍建设、采用多元化教学模式等。结论 医学人文教育现状已受到广泛关注,较多学者已提出主要的问题和相应的对策,但该领域研究的深度与质量还有待提高,高校和医院应结合实际情况,制定连续性的、有针对性的细化方案,为培养合格的医疗卫生人才打下夯实基础。
Objective Analyzing the current situation of Chinese medical humanities education to provide suggestions and references for the construction of excellent medical health talents and the further re-search of medical humanities education.Methods The literature was searched in CNKI,CBM,WAN-FANG,and VIP databases with‘medical humanities education’and‘situation’as keywords,and the relative reference was traced in the meantime.Then,bibliometric method and content analysis were performed.Results 140 articles were selected,among them,the types of 89 articles were reviews,51 articles were research studies;The literature was published in 82 kinds of journals,90 articles were cited and the total frequency was 553 times;71 studies were supported by the fund project;The edu-cational stage studied in most literature was pre-hospital education targeting medical students;Medi-cal students and schools didn’t pay enough attention to humanistic education,unreasonable curriculum setting,single teaching mode,and lacking of teachers were the main problems of the current medical humanistic education;Changing educational concepts,optimizing the humanities curriculum system,strengthening the construction of cultural teachers and adopting diversified teaching models were the main suggestions for medical humanities education.Conclusion The current situation of medical hu-manities education was widely concerned.Many scholars have put forward main problems and corre-sponding countermeasures,but the depth and quality of research in this field still need to be im-proved.The solutions should be continuously and contrapuntally detailed according to the actual situ-ation,so as to lay a solid foundation for training qualified medical and health talents.
