基于卓越医生的研究生培养策略探讨--以中山一院肾内科专业学位研究生培养为例 被引量:4

摘要 目前我国研究生教育已经进入发展新阶段,培养高层次创新人才是实现“健康中国”战略目标的迫切需求。肾内科专业学位硕士研究生教育是培养合格肾内科临床医师的重要途径,也是卓越肾内科医学人才梯队建设的重要保障。针对目前我国临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中存在的突出问题,如教学方法模式化、临床培训与科研素养培养不平衡、考核形式化导致严进宽出等,中山大学附属第一医院肾内科结合学科优势,在加强医学人文与思政教育、制定分层递进螺旋上升的轮转培训方案,优化以胜任力为导向的进阶式培养课程体系,强化临床操作与技能培训,配齐具有国际视野的导师团队,引导基于临床问题的科学研究,建立并完善基于胜任力的考核、评价与反馈体系以及构建全方位的教学质量保障体系等方面进行了诸多实践探索。本文总结了我院全面强化肾内科专业学位研究生的临床岗位胜任力、科研创新能力和教育教学能力的经验,为培养卓越医学人才提供参考。 China’s graduate education has entered a new stage of development at present.Cultivating high-level innovative talents is an urgent need to achieve the strategic goal of“Healthy China”.Post-graduate education of professional degree in nephrology is not only an important way to train qualified nephrology clinicians,but also an important guarantee for the construction of excellent nephrology talent echelon.In view of the outstanding problems existing in the training of postgraduates in China,such as the modularization of teaching methods,the imbalance between clinical training and scientific research,and the formality of assessment,the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hos-pital of Sun Yat-sen University has made many practical attempts in the following aspects:strengthe-ning medical humanities and ideological and political education,formulate a hierarchical and progres-sive spiral rotation training scheme,optimize the competency oriented advanced training curriculum system,strengthen clinical operation and skill training,equip a team of tutors with international vi-sion,guide scientific research based on clinical problems,and establish and improve competency based assessment evaluation and feedback system and the construction of an all-round teaching quality assur-ance system.This paper summarizes the experience of our hospital in comprehensively strengthening the clinical post competency,scientific research and innovation ability,education and teaching ability of postgraduates majoring in nephrology,so as to provide reference for cultivating excellent medical talents.
