精准思政视角下教学方案设计与实践--以本科护生《急危重症护理学》课程思政为例 被引量:11

摘要 目的 本研究基于精准思政视角,从“教”与“学”的现实问题出发,设计本科护生《急危重症护理学》课程思政教育教学方案,并评价其实践效果。方法 选取2019级护理学专业四年制315名学生为研究对象,实施《急危重症护理学》课程精准思政教学方案。结果 92.51%的护生表示《急危重症护理学》课程恰当地融入了思政元素;89.25%的护生接受《急危重症护理学》课程思政教育方式及内容;《急危重症护理学》课程思政教育提高了其政治思想意识(75.90%)、综合分析能力(71.66%)、专业素养(68.08%)、人文修养(61.56%)、专业认同(54.07%)、主动学习的能力(53.75%)、社会责任感(50.81%)、促进对社会主义核心价值观的理解(51.79%)和对其人生观和价值观产生了积极影响(58.96%)。接受基于精准思政《急危重症护理学》课程思政教育后,护生职业承诺感提升具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 本科护生对基于精准思政理念的《急危重症护理学》课程思政教育接受度高,对其综合分析能力、专业素养、人文修养、专业认同、职业承诺感、主动学习的能力、社会责任感、人生观和价值观以及社会主义核心价值观的理解等方面产生了积极影响。 Objective Based on the precise ideological and political perspective, this research designed the ideological and political education teaching plan of Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course for undergraduate nursing students from the realistic problems of “teaching” and “learning”, and evaluated its practical effects. Methods 315 four-year nursing students in the 2019 grade of nursing were selected as the research objects, and the precise ideological and political teaching plan of the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course was implemented. Results 92.51% of the nursing students said that the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course properly integrated ideological and political elements;89.25% accepted the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course ideological and political education methods and content;Critical Care and Emergency Nursing curriculum thought Political education has improved his political and ideological awareness(75.90%), comprehensive analysis ability(71.66%), professionalism(68.08%), humanities(61.56%), professional identity(54.07%), and active learning ability(53.75%), Social responsibility(50.81%), promote the understanding of socialist core values(51.79%) and have a positive impact on their outlook on life and values(58.96%). After receiving ideological and political education based on the precise ideological and political Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course, the increase in professional commitment of nursing students was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students have a high acceptance of ideological and political education based on the precise ideological and political concept of the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing course, and their comprehensive analysis ability, professionalism, humanistic accomplishment, professional recognition, professional commitment, active learning ability, social responsibility, outlook on life and values, and the understanding of socialist core values have had a positive impact.
