“ARCS动机模式”在老年外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of ARCS Motivation Mode in the Standardized Training of Residents in the Department of Geriatric Surgery

目的 探讨“ARCS动机模式”在老年外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2021年11月在西安交通大学第一附属医院老年外科轮转的102名住培学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(51人)、对照组(51人)。实验组采用ARCS动机模式,对照组采取传统教学模式,采用理论考试、技能考试及调查问卷对两种教学模式进行教学效果评价。结果 出科时实验组在笔试成绩、技能成绩、病历成绩方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查发现,实验组在“学习老年外科疾病的兴趣”“老年外科学和自身相关性”“学习老年外科学的信心”及“老年外科学习的满意度”方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于“ARCS动机模式”的教学法在老年外科住培中可行性高,可显著提高学生的专业知识水平及临床技能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of ARCS motivation mode in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Geriatric surgery.Methods A total of 102 residents who ro-tated in the geriatric surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi􀆳an Jiaotong University from January 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group(51 students)and control group(51 students).ARCS motivation mode was ap-plied in the experimental group while the traditional teaching model was applied in the control group.Theoretical exams,skill exams and questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two teaching modes.Results The experimental group was higher than the control group in written test scores,skills scores and case scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Through the ques-tionnaire survey,we found that the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of“interest in learning geriatric surgery”,“relevance of geriatric surgery to themselves”,“confidence in learning geriatric surgery”,“satisfaction in learning geriatric surgery”and the differences were all sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method based on the ARCS motivation model is highly feasible in the standardized training of geriatric surgery residents,which can signifi-cantly improve the professional knowledge and clinical skills of students and is worth promoting.
